Introduction

Each bid placed increases the auction price by one penny (or another specified increment).
The highest bidder when the auction ends wins the item and is obligated to pay the final auction price.
All bids placed are non-refundable.
"Give and Bid" reserves the right to cancel or suspend auctions at any time without notice.
"Give and Bid" reserves the right to refuse or revoke bidding privileges to any user at any time without notice.

Donations made through "Give and Bid" do not always entitle the donor to receive tokens
The amount of tokens received per donation may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Tokens have no cash value and can only be used within the "Give and Bid" platform.
"Give and Bid" reserves the right to modify the token system, including token values and redemption rules, at any time without notice.

"Give and Bid" is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of the website.
